Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FXVDS hosting services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

FXVDS provides virtual dedicated servers (VDS) for hosting trading software such as MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) and other applications.

FXVDS does not provide financial services, investment advice, or brokerage services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase, and to keep your login details secure.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until cancellation.

If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You may cancel at any time. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are provided for partial months.

Optional add-ons (e.g., Dedicated IP, Daily Backups) are billed monthly.

Backups are provided only if purchased as an add-on.

FXVDS aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance or network issues may temporarily affect service.

FXVDS does not automatically back up your data.

If you purchased the Backup add-on, FXVDS will store daily backups for operational recovery.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important files.

FXVDS is not liable for financial losses, trading losses, data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages.

FXVDS does not guarantee the performance of any trading software hosted on its servers.

FXVDS may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

FXVDS may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
